Yes, you can't use "the Spirit of the Century" trademark to promote/label your game, but you can use the text found in the SRD if you include the OGL, properly amended, in your own.

Hi, i have some questions for you.
I just have discovered spirit of the century and i'm fond of it.
I have a spy game to finish, which has a game system basing on dice - dice, but my reading of sotc lead me to think of many evolution of this system in a way nearer from sotc mecanics soul.
I'm french, and i'm asking if the srd of sotc could be used to inspire me creating a system very near from it but quite different. But the bases will be the same : unique ladder, aspects and stunts. Changements will be on dices and details.
If i refer to the ogl licence, confess the fate neightboordhood in my game, and put the licence at the end of my game, could i use the engine in commercial ways to edit my game ? Some passages shoud be translate from the srd and will be very closed from it. Am i allowed to do that, in french ?
