le portable sans Windows, tu peux le chercher.

Et le propos n'est pas d'interdire la préinstallation de Windows sur les PC, soyons sérieux. Il s'agit juste d'avoir la possibilité de ne pas acheter Windows (et quelques autres logiciels inclus) avec l'ordinateur. Pouvoir choisir, quoi...
