Keywords: 1 pb chez free, échange de mails pendant une semaine. Au moins ils répondaient.

Le problème est que les gens ne savent pas décrire une panne. Ou appellent la hotline pour des broutilles.
Free est le moins cher, donc y'a pleins de neuneus qui vont s'y inscrire. Et quand on voit de quoi un neuneu avec ordi est capable... genre effacer un fichier système parce que c'était marqué dans le mail.

Marneus, l'info se serait tellement bien sans utilisateurs...
