Si certains, bons traducteurs et/ou bons juristes pouvaient se pencher dessus, comme les francophones ne comprennent pas grand chose, nous aimerions savoir où tout ça va nous conduire:
- au niveau de la possibilité pour DA d'utiliser nos oeuvres sans nous verser de droit, et en permettant aux gens de pouvoir mettre des fonds d'écran de mobiles quand ils le souhaitent sans rien nous devoir;
- en s'appropriant la possibilité d'utilisé nos oeuvres à des fins de publicité
etc...

For many months now, we've been tinkering in our tech lab with a new
idea we call deviantMOBILE, and we're just about ready to show it off!
deviantMOBILE brings an entirely new level of exposure to your art
work, by allowing deviantART subscribers to your gallery to send images
directly to their cell phones. Just like Firefox and Internet Explorer
allow you to "set as wallpaper" - deviantMOBILE allows subscribers to
"set as mobile wallpaper".
In testing this program we've sent hundreds of images of Fella to our
phones, and while we love the little guy, we'd like to see some other
art! This is where you come in!
Under your PROFILE area on deviantART you will find a new tab titled
"Deviation Management" - And the first program under this manager is
deviantMOBILE. You can mark ACTIVE or INACTIVE any piece of art work in
your gallery from participating in this program simply by toggling and
clicking "OK" to save.
All art work in your gallery which is set as active will automatically
be made available through the deviantMOBILE service allowing users to
send your art to their cell phones on **Friday, April 8, 2005**. If you
don't want your art work delivered to mobile devices, be sure to stop
by your profile page before Friday and mark your art work as inactive.
You are able to edit the deviantMOBILE settings on your art work at any
time now and in the future.

We have updated the submission agreement on deviantART in order to make
it clear that users will be browsing deviantART from other types of
computers like mobile phones, blackberries, iPods, Sony Playstations
and other such portable or otherwise devices we have updated the
*Submission Agreement* on deviantART.
These changes will be applied to all pieces of art you have submitted.
