Ok, cette constitution est trop a droite, trop liberale.

Maintenant je comprend le 'non'.

Mais je comprend toujours pas l'abstention. Le francais n'a pas le sens d'appartenir a quelque chose de plus grand, j'ai l'impression qu'on reste tranquille dans ses pantoufles et que rien hors des frontieres n'a vraiment d'importance.

C'est dommage.
