... cette histoire de dessin de copyright et le reste....

Si on ne peut reproduire et/ou lié des dessins sur le web sans accord du proprio et/ou mentions légales affichées partout, cela veut dire que tous les dessins du forum (icones, smileys, gifs animés d'en haut, voire même le logo Panda) doivent être supprimés...

Or ça ne viendrait à l'idée de personne de le faire... Pourquoi? Parce qu'aucune utilisation commerciale n'en est faite... Et c'est là que la loi du copyright s'applique...

Tant qu'il n'y a pas d'utilisation commerciale, on peut reproduire à échelle raisonnable, ou un truc du genre... Oui, en fait, je devrais vraiment pas poster tout ça maintenant, il est trop tard, mes idées sont un peu embrouillées... je vais me coucher on en reparle demain... :-)
