Le problème est de savoir si ton convertisseur lit bien le format Photoshop qui est très complexe et est soumis à modification à chaque changement de version.

Maintenant si tu as Photoshop [a partir de la v5, v6], tu as dans le menu "fichier" - "convertir pour le web" un outil très complet pour cela.

Autrement en freeware, tu as me petits préféré :
Irfanview
petit, pratique et efficace
Xnview
Plus complet, mais un peu plus imposant
Dans ces deux programmes, c'est "fichier" - "enregistrer sous...", ou un truc très proche.
Je ne garanti pas la bonne lecture de ton fichier 'toshop mais tu obtiendras quand même quelque chose.

Sinon, le plus connu et un des plus merdiques est ACDsee mais bon vu ce que j'en pense...
