toutes les balgues sur les fonctionnaires doivent qd même avoir un fond de vérité. Je suis ur qu'on connait de nombreux fonctionnaire compétent dans son entourage mais ce ne sont pas la majoorité.

un jour dans "sans aucun doute" (y a longtemps) il avait fait le test. pour joindre un aadministration lorsqu'il s'agit d'une erreur de ta personne, tu as quelqu'un au bout du fil tres rapidement (genre oubli sur la déclaration)
mais pour joindre une administration pour toucher des sous, là c'est carrément différent.
perso je suis dans ce cas, je suis censé etre rémunéré par le CNASEA (ou un truc de ce genre) pour le boulot que je fais actuellement, je téléphone à l'ANPE et on me dit que ça va prendre très longtemps (trad : demerde toi pour survivre en attendant! _chouette)

++X++ qui bosse qanq savoir qt il va etre payé
