L'idée de la charte vient de l'affaire perenoel.fr.
Ou, les admins d'un forum ont été condamné à payer de lourdes amendes dans un procès en diffamation concernant des propos tenus par des utilisateurs du forum.
La charte a pour seul et unique but de nous permettre d'effacer les messages limites (les livres asmodee sont fait en peau de bébé...) et d'opposer la charte à une éventuelle plainte (oui ils ont dit ca, mais c'est interdit, d'ailleurs, je l'efface.).
La charte n'a pas vocation a être consultée à chaque fois qu'on rédige un message, mais c'est une sécurité.
Quant à la déportation des avocats ca me smble une bonne grosse blague ;) mais j'ai pas d'infos la dessus.
